About:

Katy is a Nurse Practitioner at Alana who collaborates with Dr. Lentz to provide excellent care to Alana clients. She first attended Kennesaw State University where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Health Science. She then attained her degree in Nursing from University of Alabama-Birmingham. While obtaining her advanced nursing degree, she worked as a float nurse at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. This is where she discovered her calling for addiction medicine. Katy is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is licensed in Georgia. She is passionately involved with the care of Dr. Lentz’ patients and you will see her in and around the Alana Kennesaw office.

Katy and her partner reside in the North Georgia suburb area where they enjoy outdoor recreational sports, as well as cookouts with friends on the weekends.
